Training for 11/25/15

I just got done running a bunch of errands before we host both of our families here for Thanksgiving tomorrow. Before I left though, I took Pepper for an easy 3-miler, and then I did strength training — abs, push-ups, invisible chair-sitting and weights. That’s two weeks in a row I’ve done both strength training sessions on my training schedule. Impressive!

Tomorrow morning, I’ve got an 8-miler on the schedule, and then I have plenty to do around here before everyone gets here for dinner in the late afternoon.
