Training for 10/2/13

This morning, when I got up, my foot felt… OK. Not terrible, but not as good as, say, before I ran on it yesterday.

I can’t tell if it’s just sore because it really hasn’t done much running over the last three-plus weeks or what. I’ll give it a try tomorrow morning, in the 1400s (finally) if it feels up to it.

I wasn’t planning on running today anyway. Instead, I went upstairs after breakfast and did my strength training — ab exercises, push-ups, invisible chair-sitting and weights. Then I went outside and did a quick lap on the bike around the 4.5-mile loop. When I got back home, I finished up with my barefoot exercises and stretching.
