Training for 7/17/13

This morning, as soon as I woke up, I got dressed, filled my water bottle and headed out for a lap around the 4.5-mile loop. Another slow but consistent run on a hot morning.

When I got home, I ate some breakfast, and then I went upstairs for strength training, including ab exercises, push-ups, invisible chair-sitting and weights. It was getting noticeably hotter upstairs as I was doing my workout, but I finished up and got back downstairs before it got unbearable. For me, anyway. Pepper had already bailed out and headed back downstairs to the air conditioning.
