A Simple Running Log

Training for 7/10/13

This morning, I did strength training upstairs in the attic — ab exercises, push-ups, invisible chair sitting and weight lifting. It was getting late by the time I got done, so I didn’t run the scheduled 3-miler after that.

I was already planning to run again tonight, to try to make up the miles I didn’t run Monday, so I’ll just do a lap around the 6.5-mile loop tonight and call it good.
